Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms apply between you and the developer with respect to your use of the service.

2. Using the service

Every feature is free and no account is required. You need an internet connection and a browser; any data charges are yours to cover.

3. Prohibited conduct

The following are not allowed when using the service.

• Anything that breaks the law or public order.
• Infringing the rights of other users, third parties, or the developer.
• Interfering with the operation of the service, including automated mass access or room creation.
• Using the service for gambling or any other activity that is unlawful where you are.
• Impersonating someone else in a display name, or entering display names or room names that defame others.
• Anything else the developer reasonably considers inappropriate.

4. About wagering money

The service is a tool for recording and sharing chip counts. It is not intended for wagering money and does not encourage or promote it. Wagering may be restricted or prohibited by law depending on where you are, and following the laws that apply to you is your responsibility.

The developer is not involved in, and accepts no responsibility for, any money or other disputes that arise between users in connection with the service.

5. Information you enter

Information entered into the service is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Room data is currently not deleted automatically after any fixed period; if that changes, it will be announced through a revision of these terms and the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes, interruption, and discontinuation

The developer may change, suspend, or discontinue the service without prior notice. Maintenance, faults, network or power outages, and other unavoidable circumstances may make the service temporarily unavailable.

7. Disclaimer

• The service is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability.
• The developer is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes the service becoming unavailable mid-game and the loss of recorded chip counts.
• Where mandatory law does not permit such an exclusion, this section applies only to the extent allowed.

8. Intellectual property

Copyright and other rights in the service and its content belong to the developer or the respective rights holders.

9. Changes to these terms

The developer may revise these terms when necessary. Revised terms take effect once posted on this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location as the court of first instance.
